We are holding the 2012 Annual General Meeting of our Society on Sunday 24 June 2012 at 1.00pm at the Grey Lynn Community Centre in Auckland.

We look forward to seeing as many members as possible there and we are also welcoming expressions of interest to join the committee. If you would like to join the Committee, please send us an email prior to the date – there are 3 vacancies.

Whilst this is a general meeting of financial members, others people and prospective members are welcome to attend. Please allow for time to process of membership renewals or of new members joining up before the start of the meeting at 1pm (doors will open at 12:30).
